Refund policy

If you’ve had a change of heart or something’s not quite as expected, returning your item is straightforward. Simply contact us at linda@regattadesignerclothes.com within 7 business days of receiving your order to request a return.

Once approved, send the unworn item(s) back to us within the same 7 business day window for a full refund. Please note that the item remains your responsibility until it reaches us, and the cost of return shipping is not covered.

Returned items will be carefully checked on arrival. To be eligible for a refund, they must be unworn, in perfect condition, and have all original tags still attached. Items showing signs of use — including wear, damage, or transfer of makeup, fake tan, or fragrance — may not be accepted, so we kindly ask that you try them on with care.

Refunds are typically processed within 10 working days after we’ve received and inspected your return. You’ll receive a notification once your refund is issued.

Please note the following exclusions:

• Accessories can only be returned if faulty.
