Collection: Not Shy Cashmere

Not Shy has been working with cashmere since 1998, from a Paris studio under the direction of Mercedeh Vafaï, who set out to bring a more contemporary, unfussy edge to a fabric usually associated with something quieter and more traditional. The collection spans knitwear, dresses, coats and accessories in cashmere, linen and cotton, all built around clean lines and an easy, wearable elegance rather than fuss. Its poncho sweater has become something of a signature piece, worn season after season without losing its shape or its appeal. Not Shy also takes sustainability seriously, collecting old cashmere from customers and regenerating the fibres into new pieces, so the luxury doesn't come at the expense of longevity.
